By accessing or using VDI’s platform, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.


2. Use of the Platform

VDI grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access courses for personal, non-commercial educational use.

You may:

  • Access enrolled courses
  • Download permitted materials
  • Complete assessments and earn certificates
  • Participate in discussions

You may not:

  • Share your account or login
  • Copy, distribute, or sell content
  • Record or reproduce course materials
  • Use the platform for unlawful or commercial purposes
  • Share sensitive or patient information

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Organizations with group accounts are responsible for their users’ compliance.


4. Courses & Access

  • Access begins after enrollment and payment
  • Course access typically lasts 12 months (unless stated otherwise)
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • Course content may be updated or changed
  • VDI may cancel a course and offer a refund or replacement

5. Certificates & Credits

  • Certificates are issued after successful completion
  • You are responsible for ensuring your information is accurate
  • Acceptance of credits depends on your licensing authority
  • Certificates do not grant professional licensure

6. Payments

  • Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases
  • Payments are processed securely by third parties
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the billing date

7. Refunds

  • All digital courses are non-refundable
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable once active
  • No refunds for completed courses or accessed materials

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content is owned by VDI and protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse content without permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant VDI permission to use it for platform operations.


9. Professional Disclaimer

All content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

Completion of courses does not guarantee clinical competency or licensure.


10. Community Guidelines

Users must engage respectfully and not post harmful, illegal, or confidential content.

VDI may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.


11. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party tools or services linked or integrated with the platform.


12. Liability

The platform is provided “as is.” VDI is not liable for:

  • Service interruptions or errors
  • Loss of data or opportunities
  • Decisions made based on course content

Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months, where permitted by law.


13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

You may close your account at any time. Access ends upon termination.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your operating jurisdiction.


15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform means you accept any changes.
