It Starts With Vision
The inception of VDI Consulting stemmed from a compelling vision that I nurtured for several years. My aim was to establish a company dedicated to offering comprehensive solutions and guidance, with a focus on advancing diversity, delivery, and accessibility within the healthcare industry.
During the extensive process of developing this vision, I arrived at two pivotal realizations.
1. VDI will serve both individuals and organizations. I’m deeply convinced that a lack of resources should never discourage anyone from creating sustainable solutions. After all, a lack of vision is a greater obstacle than a shortage of funds, connections, or support.
2. VDI's services will not be limited to selective offerings. Our team is acutely aware of the intricate and diverse challenges present in healthcare. Our dedication lies in standing by our clients and providing support at every juncture.
Considering the significance of these two key points, I was driven by a strong sense of responsibility to create something impactful. I firmly believe that the core foundation of our company's success will undoubtedly rest upon the invaluable combination of over 12 years of healthcare experience complemented by my extensive background in community organizing and leadership.
